The Duke of Sussex has been doing media appearances to promote his book Spare. However, one report claims that he had accused the Princess of Wales of stereotyping his wife.
In his interview with ITV's Tom Bradby, Prince Harry claimed that Middleton stereotyped the former Suits star for being an American actress, divorced and biracial. He alleged that t prevented the royal family from "welcoming her [Markle] in."

He noted that Markle is an actor and is "used to the limelight." However, Princess Diana reportedly kept herself away from the cameras as much as possible.
"When you look at that one aspect of the difference between Diana and Meghan, they couldn't be more poles apart," he added.
Is Prince Harry Wrong In Saying Meghan Markle And Princess Diana Are Similar?
Royal expert Kinsey Schofield, host of the To Di For Daily podcast and author of R is for Revenge, echoed Durham's sentiment. For her, they aren't similar because "there is very little" of Princess Diana in Markle.
"I see very little of Princess Diana in Meghan's latest efforts," she told Fox News Digital. "What we loved about Diana was seeing her with people. Holding children. Laughing with the elderly. The empathy and compassion written all over her body."

British journalist and investigative reporter Tom Bower also claimed in his book Revenge that even Princess Diana's siblings didn't see any similarities between Princess Diana and Markle when Prince Harry introduced his wife to them.
"By then, Harry had introduced Meghan to Diana's two sisters, [Lady Jane Fellowes and Lady Sarah McCorquodale], and her best friend Julia Samuel," Bower wrote.
