[Men's Soccer] Saints Take Down Bees 3-1

Davenport, Iowa. The Holy Cross College men's soccer team traveled to St. Ambrose University this afternoon in a CCAC matchup. The Saints were able to get on the board early in the first half with a goal by Axel Valenzuela in the 9th minute. That goal lasted until the half, as the Saints would carry a 1-0 lead into the half. Midway through the second half, the Fighting Bees were able to tally a goal of their own in the 60th minute. Holy Cross responded with a goal of their own by Erick Zelaya in the 75th minute. Elmin Ejup would add to the Saints' lead, scoring a goal in the 86th minute. Holy Cross would go on to defeat St. Ambrose 3-1. With the win, men's improves to 6-4-1 overall and 3-1-1 in conference play, while the Fighting Bees move to (3-6-1) and (2-3-1).
