Draymond Green Expected to Play Saturday
After initially being listed as questionable, Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr confirmed that Draymond Green was expected to play Saturday against the Houston Rockets. Green’s participation was originally in question due to a shoulder injury.

Green’s offensive contributions have been limited this season. He’s averaging 6.6 points per game, 6.8 rebounds, and 8.6 assists. His points per game are the lowest since his second year in the league when he started only 12 games and averaged 21.9 minutes per game. Green remains an invaluable defensive player, currently ranking first on the team in Defensive Win Shares, as calculated by Basketball-Reference.
Green has gone above his average FanDuel Fantasy Points per game in three of the Warriors’ last four games from a fantasy perspective. Green’s $7,600 salary is the second-highest among Warriors players tonight, reflecting his upside against the inefficient Rockets.
Tonight’s game tips-off at 7:30 pm ET with the Warriors listed as 9 point favorites with a total of 233 at FanDuel Sportsbook.
