Reds at Giants, Game 1 - Preview and Lineups
More late night Reds baseball tonight, as they take on the Giants.
After a disappointing end to the series in Arizona, the Reds have a chance to clean the slate against the Giants. Unfortunately, the Giants are also 6-3, most of that damage from former Reds.
Wade Miley will try and stop the bleeding for the Reds, coming off of a stellar start against the Pirates in Cincinnati last time out. He’ll face Aaron Sanchez for San Francisco, who makes his second start in a new environment out by the bay. Sanchez is a former All-Star with the Blue Jays, but didn’t play in 2020 with a shoulder injury after getting traded to the Astros at the deadline in 2019.
Tyler Naquin sits today, as both Jesse Winker and Nick Senzel are in the lineup for Cincinnati.
The game starts at 9:45 ET. Go Reds!
