Kevin Love Ruled Out Tuesday

0 33

Kevin Love is officially inactive for Tuesday’s matchup between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Miami Heat after suffering a setback with a lingering calf injury.

Love has missed most of the 2020-21 season due to the injury, playing in four games. He last played in the Cavaliers’ 100-82 loss to the Atlanta Hawks, playing two minutes. In the four games, he has played this season, Love has averaged 15 minutes, scoring six points, three rebounds and one assist per game.

Expect Larry Nance to start in place of Love. Nance, priced at $5,400, returns to the lineup after missing a month due to a wrist injury. He has played two games in his return, averaging 27 minutes, scoring 7 points, four rebounds and one assist per game. Starting in 19 games this season, he has averaged 33 minutes, nine points, six rebounds and three assists per game.

The Cavaliers are a 10.5-point road underdog against the Miami Heat on FanDuel Sportsbook, in a matchup with a 207 total, the lowest on the slate.
