Kyle Lowry Out Thursday Night
Kyle Lowry will miss the Toronto Raptors game against the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday night. Eric Koreen tweeted that Lowry is out with a thumb sprain, which happens to be the same one that was surgically repaired in 2019.
Lowry remains an integral part of the Raps lineup. He is third on the team scoring, second in assists, and tied for fourth in rebounding. Terence Davis is listed behind Lowry on the depth chart at point guard, but it’s possible that Fred VanVleet moves into ball-handling duties, and Norm Powell starts at shooting guard.
VanVleet has an $8,000 salary on FanDuel, while Powell checks in at $5,800.
Milwaukee will be looking to avenge their 124-113 loss from Tuesday night and are currently installed as 7.5 point favorites at FanDuel Sportsbook, which moved a full point on news that Lowry would sit out. The total sits at 235, which came down from 236.5 on the Lowry news. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:40 pm EST.
