[Men's Volleyball] Tigers erase two set deficit, force program first fifth set

Georgetown College men's have shied away from nothing in season one. The Tigers (0-2) have started the 2021 inaugural year with back-to-back NCAA Division I MIVA opponents. They finished off the Midwest swing Friday against Lindenwood University. The Tigers showed much growth, determination and fight against the Lions. After getting down two sets, the visitors clawed out a program first set win and a program first fifth set before falling 25-14, 25-14, 23-25, 22-25, 15-10.

Set three was back and forth, but LWU pushed out to a 21-17 lead late and it seemed another straight set loss for Georgetown. In stepped a brigade of blocks and a firestorm of kills as the Tigers erased that four-point deficit.
