A slight majority think it will begin on time, but fewer think fans should attend.

Welcome to SB Nation Reacts (formerly known as SB Nation Fanpulse), a survey of fans across MLB. Each week, we send 30 polls to plugged in fans from each team. Royals fans, sign up HERE to join SBN Reacts.

The pandemic has thrown everyone’s schedule into disarray, but baseball is hoping for some semblance of normalcy in 2021 now that there is a vaccine available. However it will take time for the vaccine to be administered nationwide, and until then, there is still a good deal of uncertainty.

Baseball has scheduled spring training to begin in February, but there have been grumblings from some executives that it may not begin on time.

We asked our SB Nation Reacts fans if they thought we’d see games in Arizona and Florida as scheduled, and they were pretty split, with only 57 percent expecting to see games on time.

Even if games do take place, it is less certain fans will be allowed to attend. Just 43 percent of respondents think fans should be allowed to attend spring training games.

Remember, you can sign up to participate in SBN Reacts surveys at this link! Surveys will go out each week and only take a few minutes to complete. Check back next week for more SBN Reacts results!
