Kazmir or McCarthy ???

Dodgers and Braves just completed a salary dump, with the Braves acquiring one year contracts for Kazmir ($15-17M) and Morrow for ($10-12M). Different sources have different cap figures. They both have durability issues, but could bounce back, and it's unlikely the Braves will want to keep both. The Braves have an excellent farm and are rebuilding so it's doubtful they would attach a prospect just for salary relief. It's also thought that they are close to their 2018 player budget. One other consideration is that the Braves had to give up a bunch of teenagers due to IFA violations.

Maybe Kazmir or McCarthy and a close to ML ready prospect to the A's for two or three 17-18 year old prospects?
