Domenick Carlini rejoins Kernels from Extended Spring Training
The Cedar Rapids Kernels and Minnesota Twins announce that LHP Domenick Carlini will rejoin the Kernels from Extended Spring Training and RHP Quin Grogan has been assigned to Extended Spring Training. Brad Steil, Director of Minor League Operations for the Twins, announced the move.
