FUENMAYOR, COLABELLO, CARDULLO START SOLIDLY IN SPRING TRAINING
A fast start in spring training may not earn a regular-season job, but it certainly cannot hurt. The elite names among Can-Am grads trying to nail down major league jobs are doing very well.
The first base trio of Chris Colabello, Stephen Cardullo and Balbino Fuenmayor (pictured) all are getting playing time and are producing. In two spring games, Fuenmayor has gone 1-for-2 with a run, while Colabello has two doubles and a homer in his nine official at bats with two runs batted in.
