COLABELLO CONTINUES SIZZLING SPRING FOR TRIBE
Chris Colabello had a great game for the Cleveland Indians Sunday with two doubles and a three-run home run. The first baseman/outfielder is hitting .385 (15-for-39 through Monday) with five doubles, three homers and eight RBI plus a .467 on-base percentage. He also played for Team Italy in the World Baseball Classic.
It seems likely the seven-year Can-Am vet, who was in camp as a non-roster player, will go back to Triple-A Columbus and be on standby unless he is dealt to another organization.
