[RSC] Oakland City's Powers named Bill Melton Champion of Character 2021-22
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Oakland City (Ind.) University cross country and track & field student-athlete Halley Powers has been chosen as the River States Conference Bill Melton Champion of Character Award winner for 2021-22
