[Women's Lacrosse] Strong Second Quarter Not Enough as Patriots Fall in NAIA Quarterfinals

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – The third-seed Cumberlands women's lacrosse team went on a five goal run in the second quarter and had four players net multiple goals, however, it wasn't enough as they fell sixth-seed Benedictine 14-11 in the quarterfinals of the NAIA National Tournament Wednesday night.  The Patriots close out the season with an 18-3 record.
