[Track & Field] Bears Have Strong Showing at Otterbein Invite

Shawnee State's Indoor Track Team competed at the Otterbein Invite on Saturday, January 22nd. Thryceton Deckard led the way for the Bears by placing second in the mile. Deckard ran a time of 4:21.51 in the mile which qualified him for Indoor Track Nationals in the event. Following his national qualifying time, Deckard also ran the 1000m in which he claimed 3rd place with a time of 2:35.64.
