[Men's Volleyball] No. 10 SXU falls to No. 1 Grand View in three sets

CHICAGO – Sophomore middle blocker Jake McClain (Homer Glen, Ill./Marist) tallied a team-best nine kills on a .500 attack percentage (9-1-16), along with three blocks, two digs and a service, but No. 10 Saint Xavier University men's volleyball (2-3, 0-0 CCAC) lost to No. 1, and defending NAIA National Champions, Grand View University in three sets (22-25, 20-25, 25-27) in the Cougars' home opener Sunday afternoon at the Shannon Center. The lose snaps SXU's 13-match winning streak while playing at home.
