Is Biden Promoting violence?

There have been 128 cops shot since he became president. Blacks are attacking Asians, Muslims are attacking Jews, and a lot of crime going on everywhere. BLM are encouraging looting and rioting and stealing. Biden has been blaming white supremacist and saying nothing about antifa. His speech in Tulsa attacked our country as systemic racists. He's pouring fuel on a fire that's already burning out of control. He put the hoe in charge of race relations yesterday. I hope it works better than the border for her.
