[NAIA] Saint Xavier powers past Brenau 8-4

COLUMBIA, Ky. -- Second-seeded Saint Xavier (Ill.) blasted three home runs and Allison Golic hurled a complete game in an 8-4 win over fourth-seeded Brenau (Ga) to stave off elimination today at Sparks Park.

The Cougars (35-3) advance to take on top-seeded Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) in another elimination. The winner of that game advances to play third-seeded Madonna (Mich.) in Wednesday's championship game of the Columbia, Ky., bracket.
