[Tennis] Warrior Men Defeat Threshers; Women Lose Close Contest

FREMONT, Neb. – Midland University's tennis teams were able to take advantage of the outdoor courts for the first time over the weekend as they hosted Bethel College. Playing at Fremont High's courts for the first time the men came away with a 6-1 win while the women fell 4-1 to the Threshers.
Midland swept the men's double matches as Miguel Abete and Nunzio Thiel won a 7-6 set in the match up of No. 1s and Luca Struffi and Salvador Almeida won the battle of No. 2s by a score of 6-2.
