Clarke University's men's golf team is in sixth place after the opening round of the Heart of America Athletic Conference Championship at Cima Point Golf Course in Sunshine Beach, Missouri. Andrew Gates (SR/Lancaster, Wis.) fired a 78 Monday for Coach Adam Hocking's squad, good for thirteenth place on the leaderboard.
