MADISON, S.D. – Dakota State (S.D.) and Valley City State (N.D.) each tallied 25 points for a two-way second place in the 2018 Dacotah Bank/North Star Athletic Association football coaches' preseason poll. The preseason poll, which was voted by the league's coaches, was announced Monday by the conference office.
