[Baseball] Jimenez, Quinn pitch Jags past Steers

Jonathan Jimenez (FR/Victoria, TX) and Collin Quinn (SO/El Campo, TX) each had quality starts to help lift the University of Houston-Victoria Jaguars to a doubleheader sweep of the Texas College Steers in Red River Athletic Conference on Saturday at the Riverside Stadium.

Jimenez scatter four hits over 6.1 innings in a 3-1 victory in the opening game, while Quinn tossed six innings of four-hit ball in the nightcap as the Jaguars downed the Steers 11-0 in a game called in the seventh due to the mercy rule.
