[Women's Basketball] Saints Finish Strong, Top Madonna by 72-61 Final

Another fourth quarter surge helped the Aquinas women's basketball team upend Madonna on Saturday (Dec. 2) in the Sturrus Center. The Saints went into the fourth quarter trailing by a point, but outscored the visiting Crusaders by a 22-10 edge to claim a 72-61 home victory. Aquinas owned a 23-10 advantage in made free throws and outrebounded Madonna by a 46-32 count to stay unbeaten at home.
