[Volleyball] Blue Raiders collect AVCA Southeast All-Region honors
COLUMBIA, Ky. – Makenzie Montano is the 2017 American Volleyball Coaches' Association Southeast Region Player of the Year, Paulina Sobolewska is the Freshman of the Year, and Andy Cavins is the Coach of the Year, the organization recently announced.
Montano and Sobolewska are joined on the 14-person Southeast All-Region Team by Grace Blomstedt and Elly Burke. Sobolewska is the lone freshman to appear on the team. Yeniffer Ramirez and Caitlyn Tino both earned Honorable Mention honors.
