Olson Apartments Renews Stafford SK Light Contingency For 11th Consecutive Season
(Stafford Springs, CT)—For the 11th consecutive season, Olson Apartments of Agawam, MA has signed on to continue their participation in the Stafford Speedway contingency program. Olson Apartments will provide a weekly $75 bonus to each SK Light third place finisher this season.
“We really enjoy the show at Stafford and we love being able to interact with all the drivers in the paddock area,” said Mark Olson, owner of Olson Apartments. “Interacting with the drivers is why we enjoy having pit passes every season. The SK Light drivers always put on a great show and we really enjoy watching the show they put on as well as being able to give them a little something extra to help them through the season. We haven’t missed very many races over the last 10 years and we’re planning once again on attending as many races as we can this season to enjoy the SK Lights on track.”
Speaking to the competitiveness of Stafford’s SK Light division, there were 12 different drivers that took home a 3rd place bonus from Olson Apartments in 2025, including 8 drivers in the first 8 races. Nick Anglace, Peter Bennett, Meg Fuller, Amanda West, Sami Anderson, Matt Brewer, and Daltin McCarthy each won the Olson Apartments bonus twice while Paul Arute, Dean Lambros, Brian Sullivan, Chris Matthews, and Robert Bloxsom, III each won the bonus a single time. The 12 different Olson Apartments contingency bonus winners matches the total from the 2024 season when there were also 12 different drivers to record a third place finish.

The first Olson Apartments contingency of the 2026 season will be paid out as part of the 54th Annual NAPA Spring Sizzler®, set for April 25-26. The NAPA Spring Sizzler® kicks off on Saturday, April 25, with feature events for the Late Model, Limited Late Model, Street Stock, and Granite State ProStock divisions, along with SK Light qualifying duel races that will set the field for an extra-distance 30-lap feature event on Sunday, April 26.

Sunday, April 26, will play host to the 54th Annual NAPA Auto Parts Spring Sizzler®. Filling out Sunday’s racing card will be qualifying and feature racing for the SK Modified® division, the 30-lap SK Light Modified feature, plus the NAPA Pit Party.
