Баллерини и Санчес финишировали вплотную к десятке сильнейших на 5-м этапе «Тур Даун Андер»
На проходящей в Австралии велогонке «Тур Даун Андер»завершился пятый этап. Его протяженность составила 149,5 км, проходил он по маршруту Гленелг – Страталбин, сообщает Prosports.kz.
<span style="font-weight: normal;">Одним из примечательных событий этапа стало падение за 10 км до финиша лидера генеральной классификации новозеландца Патрика Бивина. Пелотон, руководствуясь принципами «фэйр-плей», дождался гонщика, </span><span style="font-weight: normal;">и тот смог финишировать с тем же временем, что и победитель этапа австралиец Калеб Юэн из </span><span style="font-weight: normal;">Lotto Soudal. </span><span style="font-weight: normal;">Юэн на финишной прямой вырвал победу у бельгийца Яспера Филипсена и словака Петера Сагана. Лучшими в составе «Астаны» были итальянец Давиде Баллерини и испанец Луис Леон Санчес, занявшие 11-е и 12-е места, соответственно..</span>
<span style="font-weight: normal;">Санчес в общем зачете продолжает удерживать третью строчку, отставая от лидирующего Бивина на 17 секунд.</span>
