Weightlifting: Armenia's Gor Minasyan wins small silver in Thailand

Gor Minasyan of Armenia has won a small silver medal in the 2019 World Weightlifting Championship in Pattaya Thailand.
The sportsman (+109kg) qualified for the prize with a 212kg result in the snatch exercise.
Lasha Talakhadze, who set a world record after lifting 220kg. drew the first prize, a gold medal.
Another Armenian participant, Ruben Aleksanyan, failed in the first two snatch exercises, managing to lift and hold the 192kg bar above his head only upon his third attempt. He was awarded a bronze medal.
