Midland squad technique session

All swimmers in Midland squad are invited to attend an additional skills and technique intensive session with Jamie this Friday morning, 2nd June. The session is at Repton from 5-7am. This is a great opportunity for swimmers to iron out those little niggles in their stroke and improve their efficiency through the water. Jamie
