Cupar pool on Sunday 13th November
The first of two planned Fife area squad days took place in Cupar pool on Sunday 13th November. The day, organised by Jen Smith and Gina Logan and coached by David Haig from Dundee City Aquatics, was attended by 30 young swimmers from Fife clubs. As well as a pool session, the swimmers took part in land training and an education session.
The second day will focus on the next age group up and will be held in January.
