Yoga Poses For Surfing Superpowers

Whether you’re a young hot shot dropping the wallet in heats or a surfer past your prime (and feeling it) – yoga has proved to be highly beneficial for our kind. You don’t have to light incense and chant to feel the benefits of yoga, even a few simple poses can improve your strength and flexibility for surfing. Elly Whittaker, a Hatha yoga instructor from England, shared seven yoga poses with us to stretch out those sore shoulders, build core strength and get you ready for whatever the sea throws at you.  Breath in and out through your nose throughout your yoga practice.
