Bodyboarding Cornwall In Winter Although surprising to some, our February winter Bodyboard Coaching Weekend in Newquay is proving one of our most popular choices on the events calendar. Cold water surfing and bodyboarding is becoming increasingly favourable due to the advancements in wetsuit technology and of course consistent swell and low crowds. The water in England doesn’t really get cold enough to be classed as cold water surfing but you certainly need to be in the right kit. Bodyboard Coaching Weekend – Places Fill Up Fast Our last February coaching weekend ended up being one of the busiest of the year and we expect the places to fill up fast in 2017. Not only does the appeal of uncrowded breaks attract our bodyboarders but also the sense of experiencing the wild and Cornwall’s breathtaking elements as well.
