The Goat’s Surf Forecast
Surf forecast issued Thursday 2 April 2026: Seven day outlook for Sydney
What a spectacular day weatherwise today was.. less spectacular was the surf, but as Don said there were waves with patience and the right equipment, and timing.
Unfortunately it’s not expected to stay like that for Easter – with a light SW/Southerly building during tomorrow and bringing some possible showers (although there doesn’t seem to be a lot of rain). Monday looks like the least unattractive day, winds at least
Surf.. hmm
Might be some little waves at light wind times .. otherwise look for a spot sheltered from southerlies~~~~~~
Friday: around 1-1+ metres South East
Saturday: up a little in the 1-2 metre range at dead South spots
Sunday: ditto East South East which means a little more energy will be getting into beaches
Monday: easing back a little, say 1-1+ metres East South East
Tuesday: ditto East
Wednesday: up a little in the 1-2 metre range at dead South spots
Thursday: down a little 1-1+metres South East.
Stay safe if you’re staying home or going away for Easter.
Have Fun!
