Fun ones with the odd big set
Hello Friends,
Let’s get the numbers out of the way first:
Swell at sea is SSE and 1.8 metres at nearly 11 seconds. Wind at 0900 was WNW 7-10 kts. Tide hits the low at 1040 and will be back to a modest 1.57 m high at 1715.
Dee Why was seeing shoulder to head-and-a-bit high sets along the beach but it was generally smaller than that and less consistent at the point. Still, however you cut it, there are going to be surf options all over the place today. The wind should stay fairly light too.
Outlook for tomorrow and the week beyond, you ask? Good news. The Mighty Goat has mulled over the portents and shared his thoughts for our surf prospects here.
Go well with your Friday one and all!
Weather Situation
