Small but
Hello Friends,
The swell continued its downward trend overnight and this morning out at sea it was 1.4 metres at 8 seconds from the east. Surface conditions were looking pretty clean thanks to the light westerly breeze. Waves looked to be in the waist-high range but kinda fat thanks to the 0720 1.46 m high tide.
Gotta say that I like the surf outlook for the coming week on the swell models. It looks like a run of fun-size chest-high to occasionally bigger waves for us. Of course we also have a week of showery weather in prospect too.
So, if you can’t join the Sunday crowds, don’t worry, you’ll have more opportunities tomorrow and the day after…
Go well!
Weather Situation
A ridge extends over NSW bringing light and variable winds to the the south coast and fresh southeasterly winds elsewhere. The winds will tend northerly along the south coast today and easterly elsewhere as the high pressure centre moves east. Winds will tend southwesterly first and then southeasterly by Tuesday as the high moves further east and a weak southerly change brushes the coast.
