You gotta be keen

0 4

Hello Friends,

Very few in the water this morning, and for good reason. The surface conditions are choppy and lumpy thanks to the steady SSW wind. Wave faces on sets along the beach at Dee Why were in the shoulder plus range, but sections were short and catching waves in the first place was a real challenge. Out at sea the 2.2 metre swell was coming from the SSE at 12-seconds apart. Tide was dropping to the low at 1045 when I grabbed the pictures around 0900.

It looks as though the scrappy, marginal conditions are going to be with us into the weekend. Blergh.

Oh well, maybe next week it’ll turn around for us. Go well!
