Not waveless Sunday morning
Hello Friends,
Wind was light SSW as the morning started and swell at sea was 1.5 m at 11 seconds from the S-SSE. Tide was coming into the 1.75m high at 1045 and skies were partly cloudy. Water was clean and 24 on a day that should see a high of 27 with the odd shower later. Sets at Dee Why beach just north of the club looked to be in the waist plus range. Surface conditions were a little choppy and they’re likely to get choppier as the wind settles into the E-SE at 10-15 kts.
So nothing special, but if you’re of a mind, there’s no reason not to go for a little paddle and find out what turns up.
Have a good one!
Weather Situation
A low pressure trough lies along the northeast of New South Wales while a ridge builds across the rest of the state. Early next week, the trough moves westwards and deepens over inland New South Wales, with the next front slipping south and extending a weak trough along the coast during the midweek.
