Cloudy, showery and flat for Sunday
Hello Friends,
No surf to speak of at Dee Why this morning. However, the MHL buoy was detecting a metre of 14-second south swell, so there might be a bump to be found at a more optimally aligned location. Given the period though I’d expect the waits between rideable ones to be pretty long. The Bureau says that swell should pick up as the day goes along, so maybe keep an eye on your fave south magnet. We aren’t supposed to get much wind, but it will be S-SE, oh, and there’s a 95% chance of showers too.
It looks from the forecasts as though the south swell will continue tomorrow and Tuesday but it’ll be showery and the wind will generally be out of the southerly quarters. So, I’m not too excited about our prospects. That said, you could be in with a chance tomorrow morning before the wind kicks in. And, Wednesday is shaping to be reasonable at south magnets…
Have a great Sunday everyone.
