Hey grey, go away
Hello Friends,
Friday morning saw more grey skies and occasional sprinkles for Sydney. Waves at Dee Why were struggling to make the knee high mark, which isn’t surprising given that the swell at sea was 1.1 metres at 6-seconds from the SSW as well as some smaller but longer period NE. 8-12 kts of ENE wind was texturing the surface inshore as of 0830 when I grabbed the pictures.
The marine forecast doesn’t hold out any prospects of an improvement for today, and the next few days aren’t looking appreciably better. As for the week ahead, well, have a look at what the Mighty Goat thinks…
Go well with your Friday!
Weather Situation
