After returning from nearly a month cruising the highways, by ways and wave fields of the Outer Banks from Kitty Hawk to Hatteras Village myself between the end of September to nearly the end of October, we totally agree with Brett Barley’s assessment of this time of year along this little paradise on a sandbar which is he succinctly sums up in this Season 3_Episode 9 of his Life On Water Vlog thusly – “The most flawless day of surf of the year!
