The Goat’s Surf Forecast
The Goat’s Surf Forecast
Surf forecast issued Thursday 30 September 2021: Seven day outlook for Sydney
Considering it’s school holidays, and you can’t go anywhere, the “surf” has had surprisingly few takers of late…
Perhaps it’s the waves~~~
Perhaps it’s the cold wind>>>
Perhaps it’s the cold water^^^^
Or perhaps it’s the overall combination of the lot!! @#$TY&*$%
Anyhooo, whatever it is, if you happen to see something you think looks like a wave and you want to get wet, then think twice about it hahaha…. Nah do it if you want….There’ll be time for you to regret it later…Or feel much better for having done it, while you’re having a hot shower
Friday: The Nor Nor Easter/ NorEaster has been blowing most of Thursday, and is expected to continue overnight, easing back in the early hours of tomorrow before dawn. That will bring up some more NE windswell somewhere in the 1-2 metre range… And make the water colder… That’s what they call in some circles, a mixed blessing
Saturday: somewhere in the 1-2 metre range Nor East
Sunday: easing down in the 1-2 metre range
Monday: similar
Tuesday: somewhere around 1 metre or less from the westerly winds
Wednesday: maybe a little something starting to come up from due South, around 1ish, 1-2 metre range
Thursday: something similar.
If you want a swim, wear a wettie to avoid hypothermia
Stay safe. Have a good one.

Water temp has been bouncing around with wind and currents between 17 and 18, not TG’s idea of nice. You can see it here>>

There are whales travelling back down to Antarctica who think they’re home already.
