Hello Friends, As expected, it’s not really a morning for a surf. Apart from the rain and run-off shandied water, 20-30 kts of south wind meant only the most protected corners weren’t chopped to junk. The MHL data from 0700 showed a dead south 3 metre, 8-second period swell offshore.

Hello Friends, As the picture from Curly this morning shows, there is no swell energy for Sydney this Monday morning. The Bureau tells us we’re probably out of luck through Wednesday. But looking at the swell models, there is at least a possibility of something maybe late Thursday.
