The footage ain’t new, it’s from the 2017 season, the year Toledo finished 10th in the rankings. Mental to think the following year he went Mal 2018 holding onto the yellow jersey for a good portion of the tour. Perhaps he should head back with his head down. Who knows what we’ll see from there.
