6 sharp bets for college football Week 6, including Georgia-Auburn

For the second week in a row, the sharps had a losing record last Saturday at 2-3. That brings the overall season record to 15-14, which is still profitably, but perhaps worth remembering that the betting line receiving more money doesn’t always know what’s going to happen.

Still, we move onto Week 6 where, at BetMGM, there another six betting lines where the side with larger amount of bet slips is actually trailing the amount of money wagered on the other side.

More than ever, make sure you tail responsibly as the sharps work through a slight losing streak.

Let’s dig into the data.

  • Missouri (+2.5) has 67 percent of all bets on the spread, but Texas A&M has 55 percent of all money wagered on that line.

  • Georgia (-22.5) has 51 percent of all bets on the spread, but Auburn is receiving 53 percent of all money wagered.

    • The over (51.5) has 59 percent of all bets on the total, but 71 percent of the money wagered is on the under.

  • Utah State (+27.5) has 53 percent of all bets on the spread, but Boise State has 64 percent of the money wagered on the line.

  • Tennessee-Arkansas over (57.5) points is receiving 56 percent of all bets on the line, but the under is getting 52 percent of the handle

  • Cal-Miami over (51.5) has 62 percent of all bets on the total, but the under had 53 percent of the handle.
