“The Korean Superboy” is back.

Doo Ho Choi has been booked to fight Charles Jourdain in a featherweight contest at UFC Busan, which is set to take place on Dec. 21 in Busan, South Korea. The news was announced by the UFC on Wednesday night.

Choi returns to the Octagon for the first time since January 2018 where suffered a stoppage loss to Jeremy Stephens in the main event of UFC St. Louis. The 27-year-old fighter is on a two-fight skid; in both defeats he earned Fight of the Night awards. Prior to that, Choi was undefeated in the Las Vegas based company, having compiled a 3-0 start with all wins coming via stoppage.

Choi, who’s not allowed to travel overseas due to military service, is 14-3 in his professional MMA career. He trains out of Team MAD.

Meanwhile, Jourdain is also looking to bounce back from a loss. He had an unsuccessful UFC debut in May where he suffered a decision loss to Desmond Green. The Canadian is 9-2 as a professional fighter.

UFC Busan will be headlined by a key featherweight bout involving top contenders Brian Ortega and Chan Sung Jung.
