Uncertainty is looming over this year rsquo;s Odwira Festival of the Akuapem people as a protracted dispute over the succession to the Okuapehene stool remains unresolved. The contention follows rulings by the Judicial Committees of both the Eastern Regional House of Chiefs and the National House of Chiefs, which nullified the nomination and enstoolment of Odehye Kwasi Akuffo.
