Gov’t to develop comprehensive National Emoluments Policy to address salary disparities — Mahama
President John Dramani Mahama has announced plans to establish a comprehensive national framework to tackle salary and compensation disparities in the public sector. Speaking during a meeting with Organised Labour at the Jubilee House on Tuesday, March 17, following a recent strike by the Civil and Local Government Staff Association Ghana, the President said an Independent Emoluments Commission would be tasked to develop a National Emoluments Policy.
