Police: Accidental shooting injures two juveniles in Glens Falls
GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Two juveniles are injured after what the Glens Falls Police department is calling an "accidental discharge of a firearm."
On Saturday, July 26 around 11:40 A.M., officers responded to a residence on Walnut St. and found two juveniles with injuries consistent with a firearm. They were transported to Glens Falls Hospital, and then to Albany Medical Center, for treatment. Police did not specify the conditions of the juveniles.
According to police, the incident was isolated, the residents are cooperating with the investigation, and there is no threat to the public. No further information about the juveniles is being released by police at this time, they say, due to their ages.
The incident is under investigation. More details are expected to be released at a later date.
