Teen injured in Cohoes shooting

COHOES, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Cohoes Police are investigating a reported shooting that took place on July 6. The incident happened around 10:20 p.m. on Main Street near Schuyler Street.
Cohoes Police Chief Todd Waldin confirmed with NEWS10 that a gathering of people in the area were shot at several times on Sunday night. An 18-year-old in the group, whose name wasn't released, was struck in the shoulder by a bullet and was taken to a local hospital to be treated for their injury.
No one else was hurt in the incident, and no arrests have been made. Waldin stated that the involved group was not cooperative with detectives during the investigation, which remains ongoing.
