Police investigate, look for suspect of Troy shooting
TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Troy Police are investigating an early morning shooting at a business on River Street. Police said one man is receiving treatment at a local hospital after being shot in the leg, and the suspect fled the scene.
Police said the shooting happened around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, and officers immediately located the victim. Through a preliminary investigation, police said the victim and suspect were arguing in the business at 908 River St., and the suspect shot the victim after the argument escalated.
Law enforcement said the Troy Code Department shut the business down following the shooting. EMS assessed a second victim with a minor scratch to the ear they got during the fight.
