Their relationship progressed and Kinshuk Vaidya and Shivya Pathania seemed head over heels in love with each other. In September 2019, while shooting for Ram Siya Ke Luv Kush, the actress had said, “I’m in love with Kinshuk and I plan to love him for the rest of my life.” However, if the recent buzz and her Instagram stories are anything to go by, the two may have called it quits. They haven’t posted a picture together in a long time.
